Blood-stained pillow ruined the stay.

Excellent location; pretty friendly staff. Within a 15-minute walk from a bus station. Great breakfast with variety of choices.

Everything is nice here, had a really good stay with the best service you are likely to encounter anywhere. Its location is absolutely perfect and nice, so close to Agios Nikolaos, all the great bars and restaurants, and Crete, very very nice area...

They had lovely fruit and wine waiting in the room upon arrival, a nice surprise. Make sure to check out the nearby eateries along the coastal path when walking to town.

The view from my room was fine, and the small pool was perfectly functional for a quick dip. Just a short stroll to charming shops and bars made everything convenient!

The shower was so tiny that I seemed like I was auditioning for some sort of cramped comedy sketch. Not to mention, the bed was a tad more 'firm' than I prefer-let's just say my back may file a complaint!

Staff are really great, they greeted us with fruit and wine on arrival, what a nice touch! The pool area was refreshing, we spent most of our days lounging around, with enough sunbeds that we didn't have to fight for a spot.

It was a bit pricey, but considering the service, it still was reasonable.

We stayed here with our older kids and loved the fine views of Spinalonga Island and the Cretan Sea. The pool area was fantastic, offering plenty of loungers, and the breakfast spread was perfect to kick off our days exploring the local sights.

My wife says that the air conditioning unit could definitely be quieter for a better night's sleep.

We just returned from a fantastic 2-night stay with a stunning sea view from our room. The breakfast was an absolute delight, with a great variety that truly set us up for the day! The only downside was the pool area needing a bit more thorough cleaning, but overall, I would absolutely choose this place again.

The staff were super friendly. Arrival was special with a bottle of wine waiting in our room! Location was perfect for exploring Elounda. A quick 10-minute stroll to the center, what more could you ask for?

We had a classic room with a sea view, amazing! It had effective air conditioning, a balcony overlooking the water, and a small fridge filled with complimentary water. The hotel had a beautiful and clean pool with plenty of loungers. Breakfast included freshly made eggs, pastries, and a variety of juices, served in a sunny dining area.

The peaceful ambiance, filled with cicadas, provided a serene backdrop to our stay. Housekeeping was great, with fresh sheets and towels daily. The pool area offered a relaxing escape with ample loungers available. The shower was quite cramped, and the dining options could have been advertised more effectively as they were great, especially the Japanese food nearby.

Stayed here for our anniversary, and we were welcomed with a bottle of wine in our classic room with a sea view. The service was great, with staff always ready to help and a fine view of the bay that never got old. Breakfasts were plentiful, offering fresh pastries and a variety of juices.

The hotel was a reasonable base for enjoying a beautiful area, adjacent to the Elounda Krini, the centre of the resort, and excellent restaurants and bars. Last time we stopped we had a functional, neat room with a balcony. - Incredibly nice staff and the location was marvelous.

My room was practical and well-lit, and I even had a nice surprise of fresh fruit and a bottle of champagne waiting for me 🍾.
